How long does delivery take?
About 2 to 3 weeks, anywhere in South Africa. We deliver with Aramex and email you a tracking number when your box ships. For Christmas, order by 1 December.
How much is delivery?
R89 per order, and free on orders over R1,000. That means the Braai Master Box ships free.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not yet. We only deliver within South Africa.
What's the difference between the two boxes?
The Fire Starter (R599) has a digital meat thermometer and 2 telescopic fire blowpipes. The Braai Master Box (R1,199) has everything in the Fire Starter, plus 2 magnetic LED braai lights and a pair of heat-resistant braai gloves. Both come gift-boxed with the Braai Guide and a gift card.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Put the recipient's address at checkout and write your message in the order notes. We'll write it on the gift card.
Are batteries included?
No. The thermometer takes one AAA battery, and the braai lights in the Braai Master Box take AAA batteries too. If it's a gift, pop them in before you hand it over.
Is the blowpipe safe?
Yes, when you use it as shown: blow gently from the side of the fire, keep your face back, and never blow toward people.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, and faulty items are covered for 6 months. See our returns policy for the details.
